    If\nyou are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or\nanother legal entity (\u201cEntity\u201d), you are agreeing to these Terms for that\nEntity and affirm to Inclusify that you possess the authority to legally bind\nsuch Entity and its Affiliates to these Terms. In this context, references to \u201cyou\u201d or \u201cCustomer\u201d\nwill pertain to such Entity and its Affiliates. If you are a User designated by\na Customer, then these Terms will apply to you to the extent they are\napplicable to Users. Should the Customer be an agency, a User may also be an\nagency Client as outlined in Section 10 (Agencies). If you lack the authority\nto legally bind the Entity to these Terms or do not consent to these Terms,\nplease do not accept these Terms or access or use the Services.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

          4.A: Various Subscription Plans are available for our Service. Your chosen Subscription Plan is determined during your Account registration and can be modified at any point.
